Profile of 8th Grader
In order to successfully compete in a global society and live as a responsible citizen and member of the Catholic Church, a graduate of Saint Catherine Labouré School will model:
Spiritually
- Faithfulness to Mass, prayer and the sacraments

Yearly Theme/Monthly Virtue
Each day, we strive at Saint Catherine Labouré School to strengthen and deepen our Catholic Identity. Our “Virtue of the Month” Program invites our students to grow in specific virtues. Individual students are recognized for their extraordinary efforts to live that virtue by being named a “Disciple of the Month” at our First Friday School Mass.
The Virtues of the Month are:
- September – Charity- Loving God with all your heart, mind and self and your neighbor as yourself
- October – Friendship- Sharing a mutual love that seeks the good of the other
- November – Courtesy- Being thoughtful of others
- December – Purity- Keeping your soul free of sin
- January – Fortitude- Being brave and strong in the face of trials
- February – Prudence- Making good decisions in specific circumstances
- March – Respect- Recognizing the dignity of all people
- April – Forgiveness- Pardoning those who offend you
- May – Responsibility- Being reliable in your duties and accountable for your actions
